The HDX3: A Scooter Designed for People with Mobility Disabilities
Our primary goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and accessible transportation solution for people with mobility impairments, offering complete autonomy for both daily needs and medium-to-long distance travel.
Hyper Division developed the HDX3 after thorough market research in sustainable mobility, creating a unique solution that addresses both safety concerns and the joy of riding.
Currently, the two-wheeled motor vehicle segment lacks viable solutions for disabled users. To meet mobility-challenged individuals’ needs, Hyper Division invented the HDX3 three-wheeled scooter. This reliable trike features a specialized frame housing an integrated lift platform designed to elevate wheelchair users while they remain seated in their own chairs. This 100% Italian-designed vehicle combines aesthetic perfection with technological innovation, energy efficiency, and environmental consciousness through reduced emissions. Every centimeter showcases excellence in craftsmanship within a futuristic design.
The HDX3 three-wheeled scooter features a hybrid powertrain combining:
-
A customizable 4-stroke engine (150cc to 300cc displacement)
-
An endothermic coupling system with an electric motor powered by Li-Fe batteries
Key Feature:
The accessible platform lowers horizontally to ground level via remote control. Wheelchair users can comfortably board the platform to reach the driving position, where their chair automatically locks in place before the platform electrically elevates to driving height.
When hands meet the HDX3’s controls, the wheelchair becomes the starting point – not a limitation. The engine welcomes with a reassuring hum while the automatic stabilization system works silently, transforming simple movement into effortless, elegant motion. Through every turn and straightaway, the HDX3 proves freedom depends not on riding position, but on how perfectly the vehicle adapts to its operator.
- Eligible for tax benefits across European countries;
- Innovative electro-hydraulic mechanism enables completely autonomous wheelchair entry/exit;
- Ride without leaving your wheelchair.
